My take on a Kumena merfolk tribal deck with interactions through +1/+1 counters. The idea is to get out as many merfolk creatures as you can on the field and start pumping them. Making my opponent's lands islands for a turn so that my islandwalking merfolk can connect without much issue. The rest if the deck is just simic value! Comments and recommendations for cuts and/or changes are much appreciated! :D
