This was mostly the C13 precon deck. I've added a bunch of changes based on playing and recommendations. Plus I added a few spells focusing on removing Jeleva from the battlefield to bring her back and trigger her ETB ability.

I want the deck to focus mainly on using opponents spells and creatures and overall spell chaos. Any suggestions in this regard would be very helpful
