After being inspired by a reddit users list of 15 budget EDH decks, under 20$ each, I decided to make a colorless one. However, after analyzing both current market prices and the prices of the budget decks mentioned earlier, I decided to up my budget to 25$ not including basic lands or the commander himself.

This deck is voltron, focusing on winning the game by boosting Hope of Ghirapur with equipment and ramp in order to deal enough commander damage to force opponents to lose. Feel free to leave suggestions.
