Hello and welcome to the deck discription.
This is the third commander deck i made. Vorosh, the Hunter and Talrand, Sky Summoner are my other 2 decks.
All my expensive cards are in the vorosh deck, talrand is pretty budget.

This deck cost me €100,- to make. I already owned Kruphix.
I don't mind buying new cards for the deck but i don't want to spend tons on money on it.

I noticed that those decks did not really have a gameplan. I decided that i wanted to have one. After pondering for a while, i realized that i liked to ramp and i liked to draw cards. Both of which are really good in commander.
Kruphix, God of Horizons supports my ramp and my carddraw. Turns out an indestructible commander that stores your mana helps a lot for this deck.

There are only a few win conditions in my deck.
The most obvious ones are the huge X creatures Lifeblood Hydra,Gelatinous Genesis they all get very big very fast. Some decks have a hard time dealing with them.

Next to the huge X creatures i also run X card draw cards. These cards often draw me 30+ cards after storing mana from my previous turn(s). Blue Sun's Zenith, Pull from Tomorrow, Stroke of Genius, Mind Spring all get me cards the turn i play them Lifeblood Hydra ofcourse also draws me cards but is a but slow for that.

The all star of the deck is Laboratory Maniac after drawing a lot of cards with the X spells you play Deadeye Navigator + Prime Speaker Zegana this will draw you atleast 6 cards for each 2 mana you have. This combo will draw you the Laboratory Maniac, you can mill the rest of the deck and win the game.

The rest of the cards in the deck are ramp, removal or something else usefull.

I would love to get some more feedback on this deck.
Any suggestions for adding cards or removing cards from this budget deck is appreciated!

Outdated Description Show

Rude Awakening is in the deck to turn 20+ lands into 2/2 creatures for extra beatdown.
In the whole 7 games i played with this deck this has not been a viable plan.

Might also include some card selection and lose some ramp with Ponder, Preordain, Serum Visions,Sleight of Hand, Telling Time, Compulsive Research, Mystic Speculation

Cards that i might remove from the deck are Animist's Awakening and Rude Awakening tell me what you think would be good replacements.

TL DR:
Start ramping to get a lot of mana.
Draw tons of cards with the mana.
Combo to win the game!
