Kruphix Group Hug. Generate tons of mana for big spells, draw ridiculous cards, and group hug everyone ... to death! This deck wins in a couple of ways - draw out your opponents with group hug draw effects and big draw spells like Blue Sun and Skyscribing; insta-win with Helix Pinnacle or Laboratory Maniac; and, landfall into aggressive combat damage.

Nature's Claim for Trygon Predator. The thought here is that Trygon Predator has sat in my hand on a number of occasions, unneeded as a blocker and unable to score clean hits. Nature's Claim should be more active, produce a lower CMC average, and increase the Hug.
Pongify for Temur Sabertooth. Temur Sabertooth is dope, but requires more active play; this deck tends to play passively, building up to insta-win conditions. Pongify should aid in proactively addressing issues without requiring a scheme.
Minds Aglow for Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. Going for more Hug here, better CMC average, and playing more to the scheme. We'll see if the lands we inevitably will draw can hit the ground more often with cards like Burgeoning, Gaea's Cradle, and Urban Evolution. Might need to consider Sakura-Tribe Scout or Walking Atlas if this swap holds.
