There are a few key combos: Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond = infinite life gain/life loss.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion = infinite damage.
Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Viscera Seer + Walking Ballista = infinite damage
Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top + [Tendrils of Agony] or [aetherflux reservoir= Huge storm.
Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth = infinite mana, pair with [Exsanguinate] for infitnite damage/lifegain.

[Doomsday] set up:
Top card: [Infernal Contract]
Cards 2-5: [sacrifice]
[Mikaeus, the Unhallowed]
[walking ballista]
[viscera seer]

Draw and cast [Infernal contract] to draw remainder of deck.
Use [sacrifice] on [K'rrik, son of yawgmoth] generating 7 black.
Cast Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + viscera seer.
Cast [walking ballista] for 0.
Sac it to seer, it undies.
Remove +1/+1 counter to deal 1 damage to target player.
Rinse and repeat until everyone dies.
