Goal:

Use draw/discard punishment in combination with cascaded wheel effects to reduce my opponents to zero life. This is essentially a burn deck, but one that makes frequent use of the combat step.

Win Cons

These are my essential win conditions. Some of them rely on discard, some of them rely on draw, and some of them rely on combat. All of them benefit from the use of Wheel effects.

Wheels Within Wheels

This is the heart of the deck. They are all "Wheel of Fortune" effects to varying degrees. My goal is to set up a "Plan within a plan" and Cascade from one wheel effect to another with a punishment effect out.

Removal

Removal spells. I've purposefully kept out mass removal that might go off by accident during a Cascade.

Set_Ups

These spells set up advantage in one way or another. Some set up a Cascade effect of their own, making them every efficient uses of my Mana. Others are draw spells or deck manipulation.
