This is my Kraken, Levianthan, Octopus, Serpent and Merfolk themed ocean deck! The whole reason I made this deck is because of whelming wave and how powerful cyclonic rift is. In this deck, whelming wave is almost a cyclonic rift, only it costs $.60 instead of almost $30.00. And with a bunch of similar effects (Slinn Voda for instance) it's a lot of fun. It's not a super strong deck, but I feel like the theme is on point and it holds its own!

The deck is just like it sounds, lots of Kraken, Levianthans, Merfolk and lots and lots of mana ramp and card draw so I can actually cast them. Because it's so ramp (card draw) and big creature heavy, its light on almost everything else. So it's not the most competitive deck, buts it's theme is good and the theme works, so I really like it!
