Use Kolaghan's +1/+0 ability to make your dragons attack big, and other utilities to beat back your opponents.

There's one win condition with Hellkite tyrant (control 20 artifacts at beginning of your upkeep), and this deck has plenty to get you most of the way there by itself.

Kolaghan's Dash cost means if he dies, you don't have to cast him for his commander tax, just the dash cost, and then he returns to your hand, so you can cast him 'at cost' again.
