The basic idea of this deck is simple: Destroy. Everything. There are few ways to accomplish that:

If you want to deal lots of damage during your first turns, Monastery Swiftspear and Lightning Bolt are the key cards you need. Also, if your opponent brings out some big creatures, you can simply kill them with Terminate and Dreadbore.

Also, there's another good combo in this deck: You can use Faithless Looting or Liliana, Defiant Necromancer to send your Dragonlord Kolaghan to the graveyard so that you can return it to the battlefield under your control with Animate Dead. If you get the correct cards, you can summon a 5/5 flying dragon with haste on turn 2! If that's not a combo worth playing, then I don't know what is.
