Kodama with Sakashima presents a very interesting interaction.

Cast Sakashima as a copy of Kodama When a permanent ETBs, it will trigger both of them. Using the Kodama's ETB, you put in another permanent. Since this permanent was not put into play by Sakashima (Kodama copy) ETB, you can keep chaining equal or lower CMC permanents from your hand. Coupled with 'when ~ ETB, draw a card', you can proceed to cast your entire deck.

Also, note that the wording is 'a permanent', meaning, all your lands get put into play too.

Original combo is Primal Surge + Thassa's Oracle , since there are 0 instants/sorceries in the deck.
