Wheels and draw, pretty much standard Nekusar.

Of course the deck also runs some general utility, like artifact ramp and a bit of removal.

There is also a way to keep your opponents' hands empty pretty much permanently;
If you cast any wheel while Notion Thief is on the battlefield, your opponents will have an empty hand, If you then play Anvil of Bogardan , they will also have to discard the only card they draw in their draw step (and you get to draw at least one card in every draw step).

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I'm personally a huge fan of Bloodchief Ascension in Nekusar decks, as it piles on even more damage to your windfall effects and helps keep you in the game. Mindcrank is an interesting option that I've seen played before, as it can remove so many of your opponents answers if you get lucky with it.

Sorry for the late response, been reworking this deck quite a bit over the last few days, and it took me a while to find a good spot for Bloodchief Ascension, thanks for the suggestion, it should work great with Nekusar, the Mindrazer.
I'm peronally not a huge fan of Mindcrank, mainly because most of the people in my group play graveyard combos or reanimation, I also don't run a lot of consistent draw + damage in this deck (i.e Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon), I prefer to just build up, and win with 1 combo (Enter the Infinite + Laboratory Maniac , Hive Mind + Nekusar, the Mindrazer + Wheel of Fortune or Mind Over Matter + Temple Bell .

This is an excellent build +1. I do have to ask, no Fascination? Also, the lack of basic lands, Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon could really wreak havoc on this deck.

Thanks for the +1 and the suggestions.

Fascination is definitely a card that I have been considering, along with Prosperity or Minds Aglow, they could be great finishers with Nekusar, the Mindrazer, but I have to find a good spot for it/them first.

The reason I don't have any basic lands is pretty much just because people in my playgroup don't play any nonbasic hate like Blood Moon, but it is a valid concern, so I'll add it to the description.

Since you have Leyline of the Void have you considered Helm of Obedience for another combo? Also I'm soo happy I found another Nekusar player that has a way of giving him infect because that is an absolutely disgusting synergy that not a lot of people know about or are suspecting soo you get a +1 from me

So I would thank you for the +1, but I think it's a bit overshadowed by the fact that you just introduced me to one of the nastiest combos I've ever seen, so thanks for the suggestion.

(Still thanks for the +1 as well though)

Have you considered Dark Deal?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Dark Deal seems like it could work, but I'm not 100% sure what to remove from the deck to put Dark Deal in.
I'll just leave Dark Deal in the maybeboard for now, but still playtest it from time to time, since it's a very cheap card anyway.

I like your build. My Nekusar EDH is the only one I play anymore due to EDH is not very popular in my group. I would like to make suggestions but it would probably be easier if you just checked out my version Sweet dreams are made of these Mine works mainly off of stack manipulation and chaining multiple hand swaps. I highly recommend Sigil of Sleep and Time Spiral. Sigil of Sleep is just to much fun to cast on Nekusar.

Thanks for the suggestions, I really like your build as well, it's based on a slightly different idea though, and I'm not planning on altering my entire deck. The two cards you recommended however are definitely great, not only does Sigil of Sleep seem really funny to play, it will also add some much needed removal.I initially ignored Time Spiral because I wanted discard wheels, not shuffles, but after looking at it again, the fact that you can untap 6 lands still makes it broken as hell, so I'll be looking for a spot for those two cards asap.

I run a Nekusar-style deck as a constructed deck in my playgroup and it does really well (Draw til' ya die). I've got some pieces in mine that I think might help your deck out: Kederekt Parasite, Fate Unraveler, and Spiteful Visions. I could see the hesitation on Kederekt because of your distinct lack of red permanents (though Nekusar himself does count), or Spiteful Visions because well... you do a lot of wheeling, but Fate Unraveler seems like an easy win for you here.

I haven't playtested your deck yet, but I'd argue Sensei's Divining Top, as good as it is, is going to be of little significance where you're consistently drawing several cards.

Thanks for the suggestions, but these are all cards that I own and have playtested in the deck, and I'm definitely not going to run Kederekt Parasite and Spiteful Visions for the reasons you listed in your comment, I'm still not sure about Fate Unraveler though, I'll add that one to the maybeboard.
The main reason I don't run a lot of these draw = damage cards, is because the deck has really become more of a combo deck than a wheel deck. I usually tutor for winning combos (which is where Sensei's Divining Top becomes very useful) that don't even require Nekusar to be on the battlefield, I just haven't really taken the time to update the description of the deck, which I probably should've done before cycling.
