You look a little heavy in spot removal. Your creature base looks solid except I really like Aven Brigadier
. I don't like Planar Cleansing
with all of the artifacts and enchantments you're running, especially the ones that take opponent's out of the game. I think Phil has Martial Coup
. I don't like how most of your removal is only good when someone is attacking,blocking, or blocked. However, this is a personal opinion. I think your six cards need to come out of your spells.
I think you can cut Sword of Light and Shadow
, but beyond that I don't know. I know you want to add more soldiers, but with Mobilization
, Join the Ranks
, Cenn's Enlistment
and Raise the Alarm
you've got quite a few soldiers.
I really like all the changes. I'm excited to see how this play tests. I am sad to see Shared Triumph
leave.
Why Day of Judgment
over Rout
?
Just for the mana cost, but you're right, in EDH, Rout
is probably better.
