High Tide tiny leaders style with wishboard. Suggestions are greatly appreciated, this is my first introduction to more legacy-style playing from having only played EDH. Wincons fall under a couple of categories:

Opponent mill:
This deck is a High Tide deck adjusted for the format and more geared towards late game. I felt like the original wasn't a viable strategy for a deck of one-ofs so the other win-cons are ones that work well with this. Victory is achieved by finding High Tide and Brain Freeze while stalling the game and aggressively depleting the opp's library.

Self-mill:
The deck includes quite a few cantrips, and things like Ancestral Knowledge and Codex Shredder help me make sure I don't accidentally get rid of my Laboratory Maniac, etc. All I need to do is target myself instead, and I can easily cast Brain Freeze in response to my own cantrip. I will add on-color fetch lands as I acquire them IRL.

Beat down:
With how much time this deck can afford, it's easy to end up hatching a Ludevic's Test Subject   into a 13/13 with trample, and with all the draw going on, Chasm Skulker gets huge.

Yes, the deck needs a Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, etc. No, they're not in my budget. My maybeboard is things I haven't played enough games to know whether or not to include. Please leave feedback or suggestions you might have!
