A Simic Tron deck that focuses on ramping, control, and card advantage.

Control Aspects:

Remand - Delays your opponent's spell a turn and gives you an additional card.

Mana Leak - Practically the best ("hard") Counter Spell in Modern. Early turns it will let you counter essentially anything.

Unsummon - The basic bounce a creature card, allows you to remove a threat or bounce one of your own creatures.

Snapcaster Mage - Allows you to play any of the control spells you've already played for an additional 1U, and nets you a 2/1 creature with Flash. One of the best cards ever printed, period.

Ramp and Card Advantage Aspects:

Coiling Oracle - If there was any card that would be the definition of card advantage, it would be this. For a measly two mana you get a 1/1 and the ability to get another land on to the battlefield for free or an additional card into your hand.

Serum Visions - Replaces itself and then allows you to rearrange the top two cards of your deck or put either of them onto the bottom of your library.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave - Provides control with her +1 or allows you to play an Explore with her -1, netting you an extra card and another potential land drop for the turn. Her Ultimate also serves as a secondary win condition to the deck.

Primeval Titan - The biggest ramping card in all of magic. It comes into the battlefield and you automatically get two lands, ANY lands. When using this you can find the remaining Tron lands you need, get extras if you have them online, get additional colored mana should you need it, or even get Eye of Ugin to tutor for Emrakul, the Aeons Torn the next turn. Did I also mention he does this every time he attacks too?

Summoner's Pact - Allows you tutor for a Green creature FOR FREE (that turn).

Courser of Kruphix - Allows you to filter out the lands from the top of your library for additional card advantage. Also works well against aggro decks by being a good blocker and providing life gain.

Time Warp - Gives you an extra turn, simple as that. However, with the use of Snapcaster Mage and the Tron lands it is very easy to take even two or more turns in a row.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn - The win condition of the deck. Easily playable with the ramp you receive in the deck. Almost certainly will end the game.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Removed Oracle of Mul Daya for Courser of Kruphix.

Less filtering in place for a better blocker and a cheaper creature, also gives two devotion.

Added Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx because why not.
