This is a double scepter combo deck. Once you have infinite mana with Basalt Monolith, Freed from the Real, or Pemmin's Aura, you dig through your deck for either Spectral Sailor or Prophet of Distortion until you draw the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo. Then you use Copy Artifact on the Scepter and imprint Narset's Reversal. From there, you can destroy boardstates with Beast Within, mill libraries with Reality Shift, make infinite birds with Swan Song and attack via Concordant Crossroads, or do whatever else you want.
