Turning conventional EDH Politics on its head, this deck is supposed to pit your opponents against each other while you sit back and enjoy the show. The easiest way to entice your opponents to attach each other is with Curses. The next way to make yourself less of a target is by pillow forting (Ghostly Prison, Crawlspace, Sphere of Safety), making it difficult for your enemies to attack you. The last bit of bait for your enemies is Mathas himself. Lure your foes to do you bidding by putting bounty counters on their creatures. The deck also runs a lot of "Wrath" effects to cash in on bounties yourself. The most political cards in the deck are Duelist's Heritage ("Are you SURE you want to attack me? What if you attack someone else and I give your creature double strike??") and Council's Judgment ("Ok, which permanent that's not mine is the most annoying?").
