odd / specific card choices explained:

Library of Leng : for no max hand size is nice, but allowing me to discard to top of deck is better - like a mini Brainstorm to set up my next turn.

Compelling Deterrence / Stubborn Denial / Icy Blast - khefnet's a zombie with 4 power, so these all have some nice extra juice with him on the field.

Ever-Watching Threshold - for card draw off-turn, as khefnet say for the first card drawn each turn.

Knowledge Exploitation / Bribery / Acquire : becasue even though blue doesn't have all the answers, odds are there is an opponent who does.

Talent of the Telepath / Telemin Performance : lets me dial in mill as an alternate win condition, plus steal opponent's stuff. seems like a win to me.

Winter's Chill : because destroy effects in blue are few and far between, and I'm already running snow covered lands for Scrying Sheets .

Win Conditions:

Stealing an opponent's creatures is the default win condition, using Bribery , Acquire , Reins of Power , Telemin Performance or even Rite of Replication for key threats

Mill works as a backup win condition with Talent of the Telepath , Psychic Spiral , and Telemin Performance (and to an extremely limited degree, Reality Shift )

finally, if all else fails, zombird can fly in for 4 / swing (more if opal palace is used to cast him), usually after a Cyclonic Rift or Inundate
