Mono blue control deck centered around Kefnet.

Certain card combos like Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal are staples. Narset's Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter can get interesting if you haveBrainstorm/Scroll Rack and any of the extra turn cards in hand and Kefnet on the field (a lot of moving parts, but not too absurd to set up in theory).

Basically this deck is all about casting lots of spell for reduced costs and eventually having as many turns as you like. Sure you can mill yourself to win if you want, but you can just Aetherflux Reservoir for a more satisfying direct kill too.

If for some reason you want more creatures Metallurgic Summonings can keep you rolling in tokens. Just add Tezzeret the Seeker for a fine wave of 5/5's.
