This deck is my new baby. The goal is to get some serious card advantage by self-milling and utilizing the graveyard as a sort of extended hand that can get as large as you like. Kess, Dissident Mage works beautifully as the commander with this strategy, as do the zombies for support. With a heavy concentration of mill and tutor cards it's nearly guaranteed to have the cards you need available. I also tried to keep casting costs fairly low to maximize the number of spells I can cast since I'll usually need a lot of recursion from the grave.
