Based loosely on Jeleva storm, and heavily on my own Waste Not storm list, the goal of this deck is to win by storm as fast as possible, while being able to interact sufficiently with decks that may be faster than us. We do this through playing all of the good mana rocks [cmc > 2 need not apply], playing powerful mana generation cards like Dark Ritual, and using either Ad Nauseam or the combination of Waste Not and any one of our wheels [Windfall, Wheel of Fortune, or Dark Deal]. Win conditions are Laboratory Maniac [through a Doomsday pile] and Aetherflux Reservoir.
