This is a wheel deck steered by Kess, Dissident Mage. This deck has several strategies. One is to cast wheel spells and then cast them again from the graveyard. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is hidden in the deck. Two is cast reanimate spells to cheat creatures into play, creatures like The Locus god , Archfiend of Ifnir and the Three is the mill strategy Consuming Aberration, Jace's Archivist and Sphinx's Tutelage. One time someone was trying to mill me out and he thought I could not win, Laboratory Maniac was in the graveyard. I casted during my upkeep Psychic Spiral targeted him with it.

My favorite play with this is cast an overloaded Cyclonic Rift on the end step of the player before me. Then cast a Windfall, holding priority casting Notion Thief. Then aRise of the Dark Realms mostly that will win the game....
