Infinite with Isochron Scepter: Isochron Scepter exiling Dramatic Reversal (with mana rocks that can make 3+ mana) = infinite mana and infinite cast triggers, which can infinite with:

Blue Sun's Zenith (draw your deck or opponent draws their deck and dies)

Exsanguinate (infinite damage)

Guttersnipe (infinite damage)

Talrand, Sky Summoner or Murmuring Mystic (infinite tokens)

Temporal Fissure bounce all opponent's board (including lands)

Expansion / Explosion Mill a player out and burn a second player out.

Isochron Scepter exiling Snap = infinite cast triggers which can infinite with Guttersnipe, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Murmuring Mystic, Temporal Fissure.

Card choices

Perpetual Timepiece & Commit / Memory - in case our key combo pieces (Isochron Scepter / Demonic Consultation) get milled. Perpetual Timepiece also gets spells into our GY, which is almost like drawing a card.

Ghost Quarter - can be added so that after Scheming Symmetry is used, the opponent needs to search for a land (and shuffle) or they go down a land. But 3 colour manabase is already quite rough.

Ghastly Demise vs Fatal Push ? Both are conditional creature removal, just different conditions. Ghastly Demise in for now.

Don't know how I feel about Rakdos Charm and Izzet Charm. Thyey don't use colourless mana, so the cost reducers don't work with them. Probably the first card to cut from the list is Izzet Charm since we are light on graveyard removal. Could cut both for other spells as well I guess.

Upgrade / Changes

Aetherflux Reservoir combos with infinite cast triggers to win. Really good incidental lifegain for Ad Nauseam and Bolas's Citadel.

Earthquake board wipe while keeping Kess alive.

Abrade to deal with troublesome artifcats.
