Casual EDH deck; some janky shit right here. What do you think? (Cards organized into categories under "Custom" tab).

Probably should have some signets/mana rocks thrown in there but there's too many Kamigawa block things I wanna incorporate, I just can't decide what to cut with it still having effective/consistent methods of gaining control/sac'ing opponents creatures. Clearly I just really want to splice things onto the arcane.

I have another Mardu deck that goes for the same thing (steal-->sac-->burn opponents-->repeat) but I wanted to emphasize blue cards more since I already focused on the super-relevant cards in the Mardu colors. Couldn't leave out some A+ cards like [Grab the Reins], [Severed Strands], [Fling], etc... but I definitely left out a lot of better suited sac outlets & such to take a weird approach to splice onto arcane.
