Kess, Dissident Mage - Controlled Storm.

There are many Kess decks out there, but this one leans more on the control side. The goal is to get your combo pieces out there and to be able to protect them, while being able to stop others from going off on their combo. It's quite vulnerable to sacrifice effects, the good thing is we are not relying solely on our commander.
