No new cards are being added from Hour of Devastation at this point. The one card that's on theme, Kefnet's Last Word, has too much of a downside. One minor change has been made:
Grab the Reins ---> Act of Aggression: The fact that Grab doesn't untap the creature it steals proved to be a downside too often. Act of Aggression untaps the creature and has a flexible mana cost if I'm willing to spend a little life
