Minor Changes —Sept. 14, 2016
After playtesting the Conspiracy 2 cards I've made the following adjustments:
1) Swapped out Desertion and threw back in Confiscate. I found myself missing the versatility of being able to steal any kind of permanent with Confiscate and felt it was worth the 1 mana.
2) Swapped out Mnemonic Wall and returned Call to Mind. Having a blocker on the field wasn't really worth the 2 extra mana. At times that could be the difference between being able to cast the spell I fetched from my graveyard and not being able to cast it.
3) Removed Grenzo, Havoc Raiser and put in Sakashima the Impostor. Grenzo is now commanding his own deck: greedy-goading-grenzo-1. Sakashima was a suggestion from SirFowler and I think it's a great inclusion.
The other Conspiracy 2 additions have worked out great: Stunt Double, Besmirch, Serum Visions, and Expropriate.
Expropriate in particular is usually a win on the spot card. I definitely suggest it for any blue deck needing another win condition.

SamCre1993, thanks for the suggestions. I've had take possession and word of seizing in here before but found their mana cost to be a bit too intensive for that they do.
Treachery, on the other hand would work great in here and I will add it when I pick up a copy.

What about Gather Specimens? Sure, the mana cost is high, but if the opponent lays down something like Genesis Wave, you'll get all there sweet creatures. I also think Sakashima the Impostor would be good.

Have you considered Treachery, Dream Leash, Take Possession, or Word of Seizing
