Kelsien deck v 1.2 , added description to all cards as well as cards that might be slottet later. I've tried to keep cmc rather low (2.35) although i might consider rising it a little by slotting some more heavy hitters. All feedback will be really apprieciated.

  1. Torment of Hailfire - helps with finishing games later, can force discards / sacrifices early
  2. Balan, Wandering Knight - use his ability to mixup equipments from blocked creatures / infect target
  3. Aurelia, the Warleader + Helm of the Host - can finish game instantly
  4. Godo, Bandit Warlord + Helm of the Host - similar wincon as Aurelia
  5. Kelsien, the Plague - commander dmg / infect dmg
  1. Sensei's Divining Top - solid scry + draw engine
  2. Skeletal Scrying - great draw engine later in the game
  3. Phyrexian Arena - solid draw for life enchantment
  4. Read the Bones - scry + draw for hp is a fair trade
  1. Basilisk Collar - cheap source for dt + lifelink
  2. Gorgon's Head - adds dt for commander without any additional benefits, might swap this card after more playtesting
  3. Gorgon Flail - +1/+1 with dt works nicely, counters make Kelsien, the Plague early at least a little more stable / buffs other creatures or combos with Goblin Sharpshooter
  1. Shadowspear - very solid equipment, adds lifelink + trample, also by paying 1 can allow pinging creatures which are untargetable
  2. Sigarda's Aid - gives flash to equipments and auras + 0 equip cost
  3. Blackblade Reforged - mid game adds a lot of power to either Kelsien, the Plague or Balan, Wandering Knight
  4. Illusionist's Bracers - helps with multiple pings on Kelsien, the Plague
  5. Magewright's Stone - untap source
  6. Puresteel Paladin - draw engine + makes equipment cost 0
  7. Thornbite Staff - allow us to clear the whole board with Goblin Sharpshooter + dt source
  8. Champion's Helm - adds +2/+2 and helps with covering legendary creatures
  9. Sunforger - staple in boros, allows finding answers on instant speed
  10. Sword of Feast and Famine - strongest sword, beside forcing a discard it also untaps lands
  11. Sword of Truth and Justice - proliferate counters on Kelsien, the Plague as well as experience counters
  12. Thousand-Year Elixir - another source of untap + allows all tap abilites to be used on haste speed
  13. Helm of the Host - one of the wincons, also helps in midgame by adding a lot of power to any attacking creature we have
  1. Path to Exile - staple removal in white, sadly doesnt help with exp counters
  2. Swords to Plowshares - same as above
  3. Anguished Unmaking - great removal which adds exp counter if we ping with Kelsien, the Plague beforehand
  4. Chaos Warp - permament removal
  5. Generous Gift - permament exile, adds 3/3 body for the opponent
  6. Grasp of Fate - can remove pesky stuff from the board, usually sticks on the board because it's enchantment
  7. Toxic Deluge - great boardclear, because it adds -1/-1 counters it sometimes can kill stuff which Blasphemous Act can't
  8. Wear / Tear - cheap removal, swapped in for Disenchant
Most of this stuff is searchable with sunforger which adds to it's value by quite a lot

  1. Kaya's Ghostform - adds protection layer to your commander
  2. Boros Charm - Heroic Intervention in boros, also can be used to pump your creature with double strike or kill something with 4 health
  3. Swiftfoot Boots - protection for your equipped creature, decided that those boots are better than Lightning Greaves because you can still target your own creature
  4. Deflecting Swat - can prevent point removal or even buff your creatures / destroy other people stuff
  5. Flawless Maneuver - Heroic Intervention in white to save creatures, free cast if your commander is on board
  6. Ghostly Prison - discourages people to attack you early when mana is scarce
  7. Teferi's Protection - often can save your board from wipes or yourself from huge damage
1. Enlightened Tutor - instant enchantment or artifact tutor, can be cast with sunforger 2. Steelshaper's Gift - equipment tutor 3. Demonic Tutor - all star tutor 4. Open the Armory - aura or equipment tutor
Another possible option to win, can be cast on a lot of our creatures

  1. Tainted Strike - infect on instant, can be cast after blockers were decklared to suprise opponents with insta kill
  2. Phyresis - solid enchantment aura, can be searched with Open the Armory
  1. Mana Crypt - 2 grey mana giver for chance of losing 3 life
  2. Sol Ring - staple mana source
  3. Arcane Signet - gives any mana from mardu colors
  4. Boros Signet - red/white mana giver, fixes our mana nicely
  5. Knight of the White Orchid - ramp us for 1 plains which enter the board untapped
  6. Orzhov Signet - white/black mana giver, fixes our mana nicely
  7. Rakdos Signet - red/black mana giver, fixes our mana nicely
  8. Sword of the Animist - can give a lot of value if equipped early, ramps hard if not removed
  9. Verge Rangers - worse Oracle of Mul Daya in white, still testing this card
  1. Dockside Extortionist - usually generates ton of value, might add Revel in Riches and Smothering Tithe to check treasure wincon
  2. Drannith Magistrate - blockes enemy commanders from enetering the board + only allows to play cards from hands
  3. General's Enforcer - gives our other humans indestructability, might swap him for something else later, still need some more playtesting
  4. Grand Abolisher - blocks enemies from casting anything in our turns, also blocker body
  5. Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger - forces discards as well as might helps with lowering hp later in the game
  6. Goblin Sharpshooter - can clear boards, works well with similar stuff as Kelsien, the Plague
  7. Queen Marchesa - adds monarch to the table which can turn focus from you, also gives you blockers with deathtouch
  8. Sun Titan - can return most permaments from graveyard to the battlefield
  1. Reanimate - return any creature onto the battlefield under your control by paying life
  2. Animate Dead - same as above, although doesnt cost life, the creature enters with -1/-0 and might be destroyed by removing Animate Dead from the board
  3. Brought Back - return 2 permaments after board wipe
  4. Kolaghan's Command - have several purposes, might be replaced after more playtesting
  5. Sevinne's Reclamation - return 1 permament with 3 mana cost or less on firstcast, then can be played for flashback cost to return 2 more. Works on most card in the deck.
  1. Gift of Doom - adds infect + indestructible on morph
  2. Clackbridge Troll - big body with trample + adds minor blockers for Kelsien, the Plague to ping
  3. Gisela, Blade of Goldnight - doubling damage we deal, halves damage we take
  4. Vandalblast - might slot it for Wear / Tear
  5. Smoke - niche card, although might mitigate defenders on other players boards
  6. Retreat to Hagra - another dt source
  7. Death Pits of Rath - guarantees that pinging will kill any creatures without indestructible
  8. Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder - source of double strike and lifelink on creature
  9. Arcbond - can kill opponents out of nowhere when swinging with Kelsien, the Plague or with any other buffed creature, can also kill you :)
  10. Any counterspells in mardu colors - Pyroblast , Red Elemental Blast , Imp's Mischief , Mana Tithe , Lapse of Certainty
  11. Athreos, Shroud-Veiled / Athreos, God of Passage / Daxos the Returned - enchantment package to buff Daxos the Returned spirit generation which also adds experience counters boosting Kelsien, the Plague
  12. Revel in Riches - another wincon option, needs Smothering Tithe + Pirate's Pillage beside Dockside Extortionist to ramp treasures asap
  13. Adding another way to win by a lot of pinging - Manabarbs , Spellshock , Sulfuric Vortex , Mogis, God of Slaughter , Price of Progress , Torbran, Thane of Red Fell , Furnace of Rath , Guttersnipe
