Abusing rule 205.4d (see rule 704.5k) to make clones of Keiga that immediately die, and steal our opponents creatures! Some blue control elements to keep our commander safe, since it's pretty pricey to cast normally, nevermind when its got commander tax on it. It's a cheaper budget deck, don't wanna spend too much on it, but might include some upgrades in the maybeboard.
