A Land combo deck in Mono blue??? It's comp viable??? sorta... It is a really fun deck the utilizes Mystic Sanctuary, a new land card coming out from Throne of Eldraine, and its ability to place an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to on top of your library. This, of course, will allow you to chain extra turns together.

The beauty of this deck is it doesn't need anything special to help you loop extra turn spells, all you need is a land... Not only this, but the land is fetch-able with Fetch lands. Now, all you have to do is find an artifact and a spell in blue, which is something blue is exceedingly good at.

Combos

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Scepter + Rocks = Infinite mana and draw your deck

Polymorph + Tidespout Tyrant + mana positive rocks = infinite mana and you can draw your deck

Kefnet the Mindful + Mystic Sanctuary + an extra turn spell + 9 mana = infinite turns

Once you have drawn your library you can proceed to assemble infinite swans with Copy Artifact copying Isochron Scepter and imprinting Swan Song , then taking an extra turn and killing everyone.

You can also just win with creature beats.
