Mathas is the perfect commander for just screwing up games. Cards like Cruel Entertainment and Disrupt Decorum define this deck, as it's built for those who enjoy taking a villainous side in their games. One on one this deck can be a little lack luster, so it plays best in multiplayer. The main win-con is just making people beat each other's faces; you win if you successfully lead them on with the many benefits you have to offer of hitting someone else, you lose if they decide to kill you because they don't want to be manipulated. It's best to play this deck as if you have nothing to lose, which will discourage action against you. Any tips are much appreciated :)
