This deck is based on the ludicrous idea of only playing cards with horses in the art. Obviously that doesn't work for lands, and those are handy, so the rule doesn't apply to them. The manabase is perhaps a bit shaky, but the refuges are needed to enable Crested Sunmare, and I wanted to keep it somewhat budget. Speaking of budget, I still have to acquire a riding the dilu horse, capture of jingzhou and kolaghan's command, which is why they are in the sideboard. The maybeboard is just for my reference, I spent quite some time looking up all cards for this deck.

In terms of what the deck does: unblockable horsies and hoping for a win, mostly :P This is a casual deck though, so I wouldn't recommend to play this against anything more competent than say, a pure Neheb minotaur tribal deck. It's pretty fun in large multiplayer games though, and even though it gets outraced pretty easily I still love it to bits. The commander (Karona a.k.a. the horse queen) is 'altered' with a horse from magmaquake imposed on the card.
