This deck's main focus is cheating big creatures onto the board through affinity, artifact abilities (such as Thran Temporal Gateway ), and mana reduction cards (such as Semblance Anvil ). There's a bit of casting cost play and "group hug" cards for politicing and just making the game more interesting. In this deck, you'll see lots of effects that affect the whole playgroup. Coercive Portal , Font of Mythos , Temple Bell , and Well of Knowledge are some of the artifacts that are great for politicing and are a "not-lose" condition for early/mid-game. Manaless and out-there lands such as Glacial Chasm (which can be paired with Platinum Emperion ), Scorched Ruins , Mishra's Workshop , Ice Floe , and Island of Wak-Wak (I love the name) get some great reactions out of players, especially when you copy them with Thespian's Stage or Vesuva . Most of the creatures that aren't high stats are for utility purposes only. Karn, Silver Golem is a late game win condition that allows all my artifacts to swing for lethal (hopefully). Sorry for the high deck cost; I made this deck with the intention of printing proxies of cards I can't afford. This is the first commander deck I've made, so I'm sorry if I'm not doing something right. Please let me know in your suggestions. Thanks for the feedback!
