It revolves around doing commander damage with Karlov. Though I also like the combo win cons, like Exquisite blood + sanguine bond, false cure + beacon of immortality. I've been told it needs some changes to make it good.At the moment people just focus the karlov because it is scary and despite having protection for it people just exile it.
