If you have ever dreamed of playing unknown 1/1 creatures on turn1 that your opponent has to read AND then discover the increasing worry in their eyes... then this deck is made for you! Trained Caracal, Nip Gwyllion , Vault Skirge, Soulmender (I know that you had to look at the pics!! ;) ) on turn 1 will soon be your prefered first turn play. The game plan is simple:

1. Turn 1: Play a "lifegainer".
2. Turn 2: Play Karlov of the Ghost Council .
3. Turn 3: Kill the potential opposing blocker or find some evasion and connect with your general.
4. Repeat step 3 until 21 general damage occur... which may be as early as turn 4!

The whole deck is designed to let you play this sequence: 9 turn 1 plays let you gain life. (8 creatures + Ivory Tower) and 17 cards may protect you on turn 3 from a blocker (through removal or protection). I don't even talk about the lands that gives you life freely and boost your general before the combat step...

1. Example: turn1 "lifegainer" + Curse of the forsaken = 10/10 Karlov at end of turn 3...
2. Example: Silverblade Paladin + Soul Warden = 6/6 double-striking Karlov during turn 3 attack...
