The first priority is to get Karametra, God of Harvests out as soon as possible to get the ETB engine going, of which she is the central component. She generates massive ramp by putting lands directly onto the battlefield and great card advantage by taking the lands out of the deck. Once she's pulled most of them out, all that's left is gas, gas, gas, which you will have the mana to use as soon as you get it.

The gas is cards that are focused on either benefiting from ETB triggers as much as possible, or generating as many ETB triggers as possible. Amulet of Vigor will help speed this process up so that you can use lands the turn you get them.

Karametra, being indestructible (and likely only an enchantment for the first few turns she is out) is very difficult to get rid of. She has all the protection she needs built in for 95% of cases.

There is a limited amount of other ramp in here. After all, Karametra should take care of most of that, and we don't want to waste time with it once she's gotten to work.

In the interest of getting her out ASAP, there are two mana dorks (Birds of Paradise and Elvish Mystic) as well as Nissa, Vastwood Seer  , who will continue to provide ramp after she is flipped as well.

Nylea, Keen-Eyed provides cost-reduction for creatures, and Mirari's Wake, and Zendikar Resurgent double most mana production. These are excellent mid- to end-game value, but will likely not be accessible until after Karametra comes out.

The mana curve overall is pretty high, but once you get Karametra out and going, that shouldn't be a problem.

Oh yeah, and Sol Ring is here too obviously.

The two main combos are centered around Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder + Triskelion or Walking Ballista, and Aetherflux Reservoir + Aluren + Whitemane Lion . Emancipation Angel, Fleetfoot Panther or Kor Skyfisher are all self-bouncing creatures that serve the same purpose. Aetherflux Reservoir can weaponize infinite life no matter how you pull it off.

There is a lot of redundancy with these combos and interchangeable parts between them, such as Nearheath Pilgrim, which will give Triskelion lifelink, instead of Spike Feeder or Cathars' Crusade bridging the gaps between the two combos.

Cloudstone Curio allows creatures to bounce each other and Panharmonicon doubles ETB triggers.

Aside from combo pieces, notable win cons include Avacyn, Angel of Hope and Genesis Wave.

Note: Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Triskelion is a two-card win. He can be sideboarded in if you'd like to play more competitively, but in casual play I wouldn't use it.

I was very surprised to stumble upon Altar of the Brood + Aluren + Whitemane Lion , but here we are. If all else fails, no one will be expecting it. Since Altar of the Brood is only 1 CMC, it's easy to sneak out.
This deck runs 34 lands, 24 of which are basic Plains or Forests. Many commonly used value lands, such as Command Tower have been purposely excluded from the deck because Karametra cannot tutor for them, and they will be dead draws after a while. A 2 color, ramp-based deck has little need for much color fixing, so each non-basic land has been included either because Karametra can find them (Temple Garden, Mistveil Plains, Canopy Vista), or because they provide irreplaceable value (Reliquary Tower, Emeria, The Sky Ruin, Seraph Sanctuary).
Whitemane Lion and Kor Skyfisher trigger Mentor of the Meek's draw trigger, but alas the others do not.
Ajani, Mentor of Heroes, Vivian, Monseters' Advocate, Duskwatch Recruiter  , and Nylea, Keen-Eyed offer very similar card-filtering advantage. They're a bit redundant if all out together, but planeswalkers don't last long in my experience, so I feel comfortable leaving them all in.

Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, Mentor of the Meek, and Zendikar Resurgent all trigger either on creature cast or ETB for most of the creatures.

Elvish Visionary and Wall of Blossoms only trigger once but are nice bodies. Lifecrafter's Bestiary costs mana to activate, but with scry I think is a good value.

Excessive or infinite life won't win you the game by itself, but it's nice to have a cushion. You don't have to wait around for Aetherflux Reservoir to load it up with ammo, so to speak. All of the following cards essentially perform the same function, and are nice 1 or 2 CMC bodies to fuel the ETB engine. Each of them triggers Mentor of the Meek and can be cast with Aluren (except Trostani).

Admittedly, a weakness in this deck. Aura Shards abuses ETB triggers if it's allowed to survive. Knight of Autumn is a creature-based backup. can't go wrong with Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile, and Beast Within a green staple. Also Wrath of God just 'cause.
Emeria Shepherd chef's kiss You should be able to use her ability several times unless she is taken out the same turn you cast her. Emeria, The Sky Ruin should likewise run into very few problems getting enough lands to trigger. Eternal Witness and Noxious Revival are green staples.
Dragonlord Dromoka usually should only be cast at the beginning of a combo turn to guarantee the win, but can also be cast earlier for an emergency ETB trigger or to bait out removal. I chose her instead of Grand Abolisher because she cannot be countered, is much beefier, and we can afford her higher cost. The same goes with Sigarda, Host of Herons instead of Tajuru Preserver. Destiny Spinner is 2 CMC and can provide backup to Dromoka on the important spells.

Privileged Position at worst is a one-removal-card tax on your enemies, at best, with Avacyn out, it makes your board virtually untouchable.

In the early game, I like to tutor for Nissa. In the middle phases, I might go for a draw engine. I don't like to actually tutor for combo pieces until I already have one or am going to be able to get them quickly, because in EDH you have no idea if a card is going to stay in your hand, much less on the battlefield. Tutors are not essential to the deck, as you have so many options to combo with, but they can help things run smoother and more consistently.
