This is my Karador Paradox Pod list. It's somewhat inspired by Modern Abzan Coco in terms of wincon (Finks+Melira+Sac outlet for infinite life. Add Blood Artist for infinite pings)
There's a lot of ETB abuse, mainly Eternal Witness .
Turn 3 if you're slightly lucky you can pod Karador into Iona. This will kill any mono colour deck if you choose to name that colour (but I will say blue or black 99% of the time).
I usually build more competitive lists and while this one is still semi-competitive there are some casual elements to it such as Iona, Sheoldred and lack of standard pod wincons.
Notes for myself:

• Melira(2) + Finks(3) + Sac Outlet(Carrion(1) or Blood Artist(2)) = Infinite sac/ETB
• ^ + Anfenza(2) = Infinite Bolster. ^+ Blood Artist(2) = Infinite ping
• Loyal Retainers(3) + Saffi(2) + Blood Artist(2)= infinite death triggers
• Relic Warder(2) + Animate Dead(2) + Blood Artist(2) = Infinite death triggers
