Here is a classic deep blue, competitive, commander deck.

The only win condition (actually there is maybe another one) is Palinchron combo with High Tide/Extraplanar Lens/Omniscience to enable mill with Braingeyser or Blue Sun's Zenith .

It's like a Baral deck but much more difficult to play as your commander is making your opponent draw too. This effect is still essential to draw your combos pieces as you will draw enormous amounts of cards to disrupt every threats that may close the game for you. Cards like :

Temporal Manipulation / Time Warp / Walk the Aeons / Exhaustion / Capture of Jingzhou and so on, are here to generate more tempo and card draw on your side and thus, making you draw what you need to make your combo online.

This deck is a very slow winner and will often end matches with scores like 1 - 0 , 1 - 1 the average turn win is 14, so patience is the key word here.

I mentionned another win condition, but oh boy it's hard... Yep, you can attack with kami/palinchron or snapcaster i won 2 games in sanctionned tournament like that...
