I'm finally getting around to doing a budget version of my favorite deck. I upped the budget from the original $100 challenge of my playgroup in order to give the power it severely lacked.

After over 2 years, I finally gave this list a huge update that stays fairly true to the original while adding some unique cards and staying under a $200 price range. As of 5/27/23, the cost at tcg low is $184.

There is still room for more cuts depending on the power level of your meta; Heroic Intervention, Vigor, Seedborn Muse are higher cost cards, you'll just sacrifice big time effects for budget constraints.

If your group doesn't like infinite mana, you can cut Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Maze of Ith to also save on your budget.

Overall, the list as is, should run pretty well in just about any casual meta.
