Previously Known as Kaalia the $40 budget version. I have not replaced any of the cards to lower the value. Many of these cards have seen reprints and thus the prices have fallen. Budget is referring to the 99 cards in the deck.
The price on the side bar includes the commander kaalia and when added to cart on TCGPlayer is much lower than what is stated. Remember to optimize your cart!

note: The EMA set along with Commander 2015/2016 has dropped the prices of a lot of cards (Night's Whisper, Worldgorger Dragon, Animate Dead, Dragon Mage + many more) making this budget build possible.

Deck Summary
Beat Down with a sub recursion theme with an alternative Worldgorger combo win.
Worldgorger combo - Target Worldgorger Dragon with either (Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead). This causes an infinite loop of exiling and returning all your permanents allowing you to infinitely ping out the entire table using Piranha Marsh , Shivan Gorge , or Bogardan Hellkite
