I made the following changes:

*Change #1 - Legion's Initiative -> Ghostway.

The initiative never worked out like I wanted it to. It ate up early turns and clearly broadcasted intent. Additionally, the anthem was near useless in the great cheme of things. Ghostway, on the other hand, better fits what the rest of the deck does. Mana healed for removal could instead but used to preserve the boardstate or abuse an ETB effect. While the spell is cheaper overall it does require one more mana upfront it shouldn't matter too much, I would think.

Wear / Tear was in the deck since it's inception. Since then, I've added Anguished Unmaking, Vindicate, Chaos Warp, Council's Judgment, and Utter End. While more expensive, the newer additions are universal hate. Additionally, times where I was able to take advantage of both halves of the card were few, and my wishing it was something else, anything else were more common. The runner up to this cut would have been Chaos Warp or Rakdos Charm, I think. I could provide a better argument for the Warp over the Charm, the Charm being an amazing silver bullet in a variety fo situations. I chose Sire of Insanity, a long-time "meaning-to-lnclude", to up my creature count and for both it's ability to lock down a game. Heck, he may even make my wheel effects a bit more one-sided.

A change I initially based on feedback, I too started to feel Ob wasn't pulling his weight. While he's fun and occasionally a silver bullet for some decks, I feel that Steel Hellkite could swing more games in my favor and utilize dead mana. Still, I may swap Ob back in and take out Thundermaw Hellkite, something that hasn't been performing as well as it used to.

I'm starting to use the "Acquireboard" to differentiate between cards I'm considering and cards that I plan to use but simply do not own. Being a pet foil project, cards can be a bit more expensive and slower to obtain.

If your looking for creatures to add I would add Archangel of Thune or swap out Rakdos, Lord of Riots for her. She's not as destructive as the rest of the creature in the deck, but her supporting everyone else and powering them up, would make this deck go nuts, especially with this deck focusing on extra combat phases.
