Maybeboard

This is a Kaalia deck that has incorporated a Stax/Taxes gameplan to make it more threatening in a competitive EDH environment. Depending on the draw, you can either ramp out Kaalia incredibly fast or with slower draws, you can deny your opponent's resources in various ways like by taxing their spells, land destruction, and mana denial so that even a turn 4 Kaalia is threatening and difficult to answering effectively. Once Kaalia hits the board, I try to lock my opponents out of the game while putting them on a fast clock. Griselbrand and Braids will find their way into the deck if the playgroup allows them.

I'm looking for feedback and suggestions on cards I may have overlooked. I'm fairly new to competitive EDH and would like the feedback on how to make this deck as relevant as I can. I'm avoiding combos as I feel they would add too much additional inconsistency to the deck but I could be wrong with that logic.

There are a few cards in the maybe-board that I'm considering. I would appreciate opinions on them and potential cards I could/should cut if you feel they deserve a spot in the deck.

Thanks for looking!
