Deck is Black/Blue mana centered on the following elements: - Playing the opponent's cards - Locking down their hand - General control - Annoying the H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks out of my opponent

I want to make this deck "better" but I'm not super sure what that means really. Right now it is very slow and doesn't really have a good way of finishing the job. That said, it's fun being incredibly annoying and watching my opponent stare as I snatch all their cards.
