If you want to topdeck like a champ, this is the deck for you. With a wide variety of ways to both manipulate the top of your library & play cards from it, it's easy to get "lucky" with this brew.

CREATURES

Elvish Mystic / Llanowar Elves : There are a lot of exciting options at the 3-drop slot, so having 8 dorks should help hit those on turn 2 with consistency for a fast early game. They also help chain off big turns in the midgame, as the topdeck engine can keep you playing cards until you run out of mana.

Courser of Kruphix : Obviously any topdeck strategy is including this as a 4-of. Even without considering its usual land drops/card advantage/life gain/big butt, just having the knowledge of your top card enables the Planeswalkers to do their thing optimally.

Jadelight Ranger : Efficient body that draws through extra lands & gets to the next card in the library you really want to see.

Vizier of the Menagerie : Basically Domri's plus on steroids, but on a stick.

Rashmi, Eternities Crafter : Great payoff card that doesn't discriminate against any kind of spell.

Prognostic Sphinx : Tough, evasive top-end threat that offers a massive scry every attack to set up the topdeck engine. Given that we're spending a lot of time playing cards from the library, it shouldn't be hard to keep a card or two in hand for hexproof.

Keranos, God of Storms : Technically a creature, but you'll need a solid supporting cast to get him online. Luckily, he makes up for it by using the topdeck engine to set up consistent Bolts.

NONCREATURES

Magma Jet : Cheap removal that sets up the topdeck shenanigans.

Domri Rade : With all of the deck manipulation, the plus should rarely be a mystery. The minus offers some additional removal, and the ultimate is actually relevant on this guy considering he comes out on turn 2.

Chandra, Torch of Defiance : Its main role within the topdeck engine is to be another failsafe way to ensure that Planeswalkers, extra lands, etc. can be played or at least moved aside. But with the ramp & removal options as well, this card does a lot of work.

Nissa, Steward of Elements : Serves a lot of purposes - it can be either an enabler or a payoff in the topdeck engine with its first two abilities, and with the ramp in this deck, hitting the -6 for explosive attacks is well within reach.
