When in doubt, Jund 'em out.

It's Lord Windgrace lands deck. Usually the first nonbasics fetched are Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers, but if Prismatic Omen is out I forgo Urborg in favor of Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. Woodland Bellower will grab Ramunap Excavator 99% of the time and Dark Petition will grab Crucible of Worlds, so it just depends on which I get out first. If I have the chance to use Defense of the Heart early in the game, I will probably go straight for The Gitrog Monster and Omnath, Locus of Rage. Wincons involve Borborygmos Enraged and Creeping Renaissance/Praetor's Counsel with a graveyard full of lands, Valakut+PrisOmen/Omnath/Ob Nixilis, the Fallen/Avenger of Zendikar with Scapeshift/Splendid Reclamation.

Cards I'm considering removing include Greater Good because I'm already drawing a ton and I would use it primarily to sac Omnath tokens, Retreat to Hagra for something with more impact, Burgeoning because ideally I'll be playing lands from my graveyard and not my hand, Sylvan Safekeeper because I don't really have that much in the way of creatures. I also might get rid of Exsanguinate for Death Cloud since planeswalker EDH decks tend to have higher life totals due to everyone attacking the planeswalker instead of the player.

Cards to acquire: Dustbowl, Wasteland, Dark Depths, Volrath's Stronghold. Other fetches, maybe. Perhaps a Reflecting Pool, Gemstone Mine, Barbarian Ring, Undiscovered Paradise, the Theros temples, Kessig Wolf Run.
