This deck is about getting Hellhole Flailer out on turn 3, then pumping him up quickly with the Ordeal’s of Purphpros and Nylea. Then we sack him for a lot of damage. Also If we need cards we can sack creatures like Slitherhead or Goblin Arsonist with Altar’s Reap to draw 2 cards. Other ways of getting +1/+1 counters to our Flailer are Rakdos Cackler and Bioshift to move Counters. We can also use Volt Charge’s Proliferate mechanic to buff up our Flaiers. If we can’t get a Hellhole Flailer our quick enough we can use Goblin Tunnelers tap ability to attack with our small creatures unblocked and play Volt Charge and Lightning Bolt to do damage or kill our opponents creatures. Also you might consider side boarding some Volt Charges for Essence Harvest’s because if one of our Flailer gets really big, playing that is like sacking him and dealing a bunch of damage plus we gain a bunch of life.
