Im going to start putting together my reasoning for each card but it will take multiple updates so be patient, thanks.Here we go:

  • 4x Ammit Eternal: This guy is amazing for this deck. a 3 mana 5/5 that generates you -1/-1 counters that you need and can clear the counters as well. If played on curve after Hapatra was played on turn 2, you will have a huge advantage.
  • 4x Channeler Initiates: 2 mana to drop a mana dork is not bad for standard at all. Especially for 3 color deck. Gives you mana fixing and to add to that it gives you a way to spen -1/-1 counters that you might get on your creatures.
  • 2x Scorpion god: great synergy with -1/-1 counters and gives card draw which i believe is important. Still, if you look at the above slot, im using it as a flex card until i figure out which direction i rather go.
  • 3x hapatra: Hapatra is the name, -1/-1 is the game. This deck kinda revolves around her. Being able to go wide while doing other things is pretty great upside in my books.
  • 4x Obelisk spider: This card kinda reminds me of the time when i played aristocrats in BFZ, I think this card pushes this deck to a new power level because it allows you to still do something even if your opponent is dealing with your threats(most -1/-1 counters trigger on etb).This synergies even better with ammit eternal due to the fact that when an opponent tries to cast spells your trigger will go off at a higher priority, for example if enemy counters one of your spells you can still get your trigger and drain life.
  • 3x Soul Scour Mage: This is a solid 1 drop that turns your removal into -1/-1 counters which deals with indestructible as well as synergies with the overall theme of the deck.-4x Magma Spray: This is great removal that deals with a lot of the early game threats as well as synergy with Soul Scour-4x Abrade: I love this card it gives you options between dealing with a creature as well as dealing with artifacts.-4x Fatal Push: Amazing removal-Lands: I went with a lot of cycle lands since i dont need much more mana then 5 so card draw becomes more important. I have been considering running aether hubs along with attunes but still testing that.-Side:-3x Disposes: It is pretty much my best card for dealing with mardu vehicles or any card that requires a specific combo or banks on a specific card (torrential gearhulk)-3x Harsh Mentor: This deals well with things like walking balista-4x Glorybringer: Incase i need to go more midrange-1x Hour of devestation: Good for dealing with token decks or decks that go wide in general-2x Consuming fervor: Kinda experimental for me but synergizes well with ammit eternal
