Deathrite early helps alot, destroying their land helps you accel, and it its a win con even though it is kind of slow. Thrag helps you stay alive and lilly is just brutal when it gets to the point where she can ult.
Vraska is another win-con in itself if you can handle their land while she just gets big enough to ping for death.
