By request from The_2ndpanda, here is my take on Rashmi, Eternities Crafter.Instead of going the normal goodstuff route, I decided to really concentrate on her awesome special ability to overwhelm the board while still maintaining lots of open mana for control.

In my ongoing endeavor to bring frugality to Commander, each card in this deck is under $2 and the whole deck is under $40 (not including the commander). Just make sure all suggested cards are under $2.

The Strategy

1) Get major ramp since ideally we'd like to cast a spell on each of our opponents' turns

2) Cast Rashmi, Eternities Crafter

3) Start the card draw/cheat into play fun

The Win Cons

1) Pure card advantage

2) Control

3) Commander damage enabled by buffs

4) Beaters like Artisan of Kozilek or Pearl Lake Ancient

5) Copying an opponent's win con with Progenitor Mimic or Stunt Double
