Ever wanted to build around an underplayed commander? Well, I did, and I had a lot of fun constructing this deck and playing it. Jugan's strength is - paradoxically so - in dying. Let Jugan die either sacrificing him to Momentous fall or Greater Good, or maybe have him die in combat, and he will add his strength to your board in form of +1/+1 counters. There are a couple of creatures that appretiate the boon, and some that are hard to remove, so they would carry those counters around for several turns before someone considers exiling them. To recast Jugan from the graveyard, we can either return him to command zone by exiling him (Relic of Progenitus, Scavenging Ooze) or by returning him to our hand (Sword of Light and Shadow, Eternal Witness, Genesis). There's also a Nim Deathmantle, which is a solid piece of recursion which turns Jugan into a 3-turn clock with evasion. Because of all those synergies, this deck feels and plays more like a value-grinding "control" deck rather than usual mono-green ramp.
